The Pistol Capstone tests and ultimately develops the following shooting-related skills:

  • Vision

  • Grip

  • Trigger Control

  • Drawing the Pistol

  • Managing Accuracy at Speed

  • Manipulating the Pistol

  • Running with the Pistol

  • Target Transitions

  • Moving to Shoot

  • Shooting While Moving

Schedule:

  • Day 1 Morning: Pre-Assessment

  • Day 1 Afternoon: Training Session I

  • Day 2 Morning: Training Session II

  • Day 2 Afternoon: Final Assessment

Training Duration: (16) Hours.

Required gear: semi-auto pistol, IWB or OWB holster, at least (3) magazines, at least (2) magazine holders, ear & eye protection, durable outer wear, rain jacket, lunch, and water.

Estimated Round Count: 750.

Club opens at 8:00 AM. Course begins at 9:00 AM.
